Services provided by House To Home Inspections, LLC include the following:

• Residential New or Resale Inspections - For buyers or sellers of Single Family Residences, Condos, Townhouses, Patio Homes, Investment Properties, Retirement Properties, Mobile and Manufactured Homes

• Annual or semiannual home maintenance and safety inspections to help you prioritize your to to lists!!

• New Construction (Final Walk-Thru)- Performed prior to your final walk-thru with the builder

• New Construction (1-year Walk-Thru) - Performed at the 1 year anniversary as a final check

• Re-Inspection - Verify if repairs have been made to summary report items

Single Family Homes/Condos/Town Homes
Zero to 1000 SF = $200.00 1001 to 1500 SF = $250.00 1501 to 2000 SF = $275.00 2001 to 2500 SF = $300.00 2501 to 3000 SF = $350.00
3001 to 4000 SF = $390.00 Over 4000 SF = .10 per SF plus $30 ie., (4250SF = $425+$30=$455)
Additional Services & Fees**
Pools = $50.00
Spas/Hot tubs = $40.00
Pool & Spa Combo = $80.00
Detached Structures = $50.00-$150.00 depending upon size
Re-Inspections = $120.00-$150.00 depending upon size
Homes 20 yrs. & older = add $40.00 (excluding Sun City, SCW)
